Bettina Hein is the founder and CEO. She is a repeat entrepreneur based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to founding Pixability, Bettina co-founded Swiss-based SVOX AG and led the venture-backed speech software company to profitability. Bettina was the initiator of the START, an organization that advances entrepreneurship among college students. In 2000, START received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Bettina holds a Master of Science degree from MIT, where she was a Sloan Fellow; a law degree from the University of Constance; and a degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen.

Andreas Goeldi is an experienced Internet technologist and online marketing expert with a passion for film and video. Andreas has worked in online marketing since the World Wide Web's earliest days. He co-founded Namics, one of Europe's largest online marketing agencies, Germany's largest blog network Blogwerk.com, and Buzzient, a U.S.-based social media analytics startup. Andreas' passion for film and video started when he bought his first Super 8 camera at the age of nine years, and he started programming at the age of 12. Andreas holds a S.M. in Management of Technology from MIT and a M.A. in Information Management from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.

Rob Ciampa is an award-winning sales and marketing executive responsible for bringing 75 innovative products and services to global markets, generating over $1 billion in sales. Rob co-founded NetEffect and grew it into one of the world's largest specialized systems integration firms. While there, he built the industry’s first in-house video production studio. A startup veteran, Rob has been acquired into and worked for IBM, HP, and 3Com. Rob has a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and an MBA from Boston University, all with honors. He holds two patents in technology management.

Bill Darmon, production manager at Pixability, thinks you're better served watching his video bio rather than reading this text—what a waste of Web space! Born, raised and educated in Massachusetts, he spends evenings with his wonderful wife and daughter—who can't stand his taste in movies.

Theresa Moore, born and raised in northern California, graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay. Working in the film industry in Los Angeles after college proved to be an educational experience of it's own. Although it was time well spent, it helped Theresa discover that the skills she gained were not only useful in the film industry but across many industries and expressed though many mediums. Now she is a Boston transplant, adjusting well to the entrepreneurial atmosphere. Theresa can always be found with a DSLR in hand or a video camera; she is a natural with all things visual. Her current project is Pixability University

Apolinaras “Apollo” Sinkevicius, a Lithuanian-born multilingual business operations and technology “geek,” spent the early half of his 14-year career in the entertainment industry and then jumped feet first into the technology sector. Apolinaras is an active member of Boston's startup community and is always happy to help newcomers to the world of startups. He is the founder of and main contributor to the LeanStartups.com blog, which is focused on building capital-efficient solid companies. He is currently working on scaling Pixability to become a strong force in helping small and midsize businesses harness cutting-edge marketing.

Born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and raised by anthropological documentary filmmakers, Caitlan has been immersed in art and film production from day one. She received her B.F.A in art history and painting from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. As the correlations between culture, technology and the arts progress, Caitlan currently is continuing her career, work and progress with Pixability, Inc., and expanding upon her fine art career.
