The do it yourself model for video marketing is viable for some, but the same goes with anything. We can fix our own cars, put up our own drywall, build our own houses if we really want to, but there is going to be a lot of learning, trail and error, failures, frustration, etc. Sometimes money and resources can be saved, but often it's not the case. Video Marketing is a lot harder than it looks and takes a lot of time and talent to do it successfully! Some small business owners are naturally gifted and driven to do it themselves. Great! I do get a annoyed when I hear "Do it yourself video marketing is cheap and easy!" Even doing a simple business video blog takes a lot of time, energy and stratify to pull it off and get the desired results!
