BOSTON— Pixability, a leading AI-driven technology and data company that helps brands maximize the value of paid and owned media and leverage creators on YouTube, today announced that Norm de Greve, the current Chairman of the MMA (Marketing & Media Alliance) and former Chief Growth Officer and Global Chief Marketing Officer of General Motors, has joined its Advisory Board.
As YouTube becomes increasingly central to marketers, Pixability’s growth has rapidly accelerated, driven by its unique AI-powered and agentic solutions across paid advertising, organic content and creator marketing. As brands look to more closely integrate these strategies and maximize the value of their YouTube investments, de Greve will bring strategic, brand-side perspective to Pixability’s business.
De Greve brings more than two decades of experience leading marketing and growth for some of the world’s largest brands, bringing valuable brand-side perspective to Pixability’s Advisory Board. He currently serves as Chairman of the MMA, a global industry association focused on advancing the future of marketing and media. Most recently, he served as Chief Growth Officer at General Motors, following his role as the company’s Global Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, he spent eight years as Chief Marketing Officer of CVS Health and more than a decade at Digitas, where he served as President of its Boston and Detroit offices.
“Norm brings a deep understanding of how marketers can use media and technology to drive efficient business growth,” said David George, CEO of Pixability. “Norm’s industry leadership and experience leading marketing transformation at some of the world’s largest brands will be incredibly valuable as we continue helping our customers maximize the impact of their YouTube investments–especially as its importance grows in this new AI-powered era.”
“YouTube plays an increasingly important role across the customer journey, from discovery and brand building to creator influence and performance,” said de Greve. “As AI transforms marketing, brands need to better understand how all of those elements work together and to use data and technology to make smarter decisions about where and how they invest. Pixability is helping marketers do exactly that, and I’m excited to work with David and the team as they continue to expand that vision.”
The appointment comes as brands increasingly leverage Pixability’s proprietary AI-powered technology, pixie™, to maximize their YouTube investments. Drawing on Pixability’s extensive YouTube data, pixie helps marketers identify the most relevant channels and creators, optimize campaigns and improve performance, providing deeper intelligence to inform decisions across advertising and creator strategies.
De Greve joins other industry leaders on the board, including Jeremy Cornfeldt, President of Tinuiti; Jessica Goon, Vice President Global Brand Marketing at McCormick & Company; Andrew Graff, CEO of Allen & Gerritsen; Jamie Gutfreund, founder of Creator Vision and co-chair of the IAB Creator Economy Board; Charisse Hughes, former SVP/Chief Growth Officer at Kellanova; John Montgomery, former EVP Global Brand Safety at GroupM (WPP Media); Rob Norman, former CEO of GroupM (WPP Media); Bill Simmons, former VP of Products at The Trade Desk; and Tony Weisman, former CMO of Dunkin.
