Chief Executive Officer

A digital technology industry veteran, David dedicated his career to scaling businesses at organizations such as Facebook, where he built out their mobile publisher solutions business; Celtra where he was COO for the leading creative management platform for digital video advertising; KickApps, where he was EVP of Global Sales & Business Development for the social video management software company; and Maven Networks, where he was VP Worldwide Sales & Alliances at Maven Networks for a pioneering video content management, syndication and advertising platform (acquired by Yahoo).

Nancy Lazaros
Chief Operating Officer

With 30 years of financial experience in the media technology industry, Nancy excels at developing scalable financial models to drive rapid expansion, and has spearheaded several complex acquisitions and successful exits throughout her career. Prior to Pixability, Nancy spent three years as the first CFO of video advertising management and distribution solutions provider, Extreme Reach Inc., and before that served as CFO of digital marketing technology company x+1 Solutions. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.

Chief Product Officer

With more than twenty years of product innovation and product management experience under his belt, Alan leads the engineering, product management, and product marketing teams at Pixability, where he spearheads Pixability’s product expansion across premium video platforms. Prior to Pixability, Alan spent more than five years as Vice President of Product Management at Boston-based Demand Side Platform dataxu, and before dataXu, led product management at TomTom and MapQuest/AOL (now Oath). A graduate of Penn State University, Alan started his career as a software engineer at IBM, writing kernel code for the OS/2 operating system.

Todd Taplin
Chief Revenue Officer

With more than 20 years of experience across the online video and digital advertising technology landscape, Todd excels at scaling digital media revenue. As Chief Revenue Officer, he’s driven to scale adoption of Pixability’s self-service platform across the advertising industry. Prior to Pixability, Todd served as the CRO of Celtra, a creative management platform for digital advertising, the Vice President of Adobe’s Advertising Division, and the Vice President of Sales at Yahoo.

Pete Martin
Vice President of Engineering

As a technologist with a passion for big data, machine learning and innovative web architectures, Pete has been building scalable web systems and teams at software startups for 15 years. Before Pixability, Pete was the VP of Engineering at Tremor Video, a video advertising and analytics platform serving billions of ads per month, and the first employee and Architect at ScanScout. Pete is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas

With more than 15 years of media sales management expertise, and a core expertise in digital media and advertising technology platforms, Lee manages sales and sales operations. He leads the nationwide expansion of Pixability’s sales team, enabling brands and agencies to leverage technology for the best video ad performance across premium platforms. Before Pixability, Lee held sales management positions at Sizmek and 24/7 Media. Lee is a graduate of the University of Delaware.

Jackie Swansburg Paulino
Vice President of Customer Success

Jackie Paulino is VP of Customer Success at Pixability, where she leads the management of Pixability’s wide portfolio of global brand and agency customers, to ensure their media strategies are best serving their business needs. Jackie manages Pixability’s account management, data insights and ad operations teams, and closely collaborates with the product development teams to provide market feedback and conceptual input on key features. A graduate of the University of Richmond, Jackie is YouTube and Google AdWords Certified.

Theresa Moore
Vice President of Platform Partnerships

A seasoned digital media strategist, Theresa manages Pixability’s partnerships with leading social platforms and premium video inventory sources. Theresa is also obsessed with immersive video formats, and enjoys capturing 360° underwater video while freediving. The co-author of “YouTube Channels for Dummies,” Theresa is YouTube Certified and holds a B.A. in Cinematic Arts & Technology from California State University – Monterey Bay.

Vice President of Business Development

Grant brings more than 15 years of experience in digital media and SaaS platform technologies to Pixability, where he helps fuel the growth of our industry-leading self-serve platform as VP of Business Development. Prior to Pixability, Grant was the Business Development Lead for Facebook’s Mobile Publisher Solutions. He also served as the SVP of Business Development at Celtra, managing North American revenue across all sell-side media companies, and as Managing Director of Agency Development for Yahoo!, where he was responsible for building mutually beneficial relationships with strategic agency partners.



Chris Bennett

Chris Bennett
Managing Director, EMEA

A digital media veteran with 25 years of industry experience, Chris spearheads Pixability’s expanding international portfolio from our London office. With his sharp business acumen for driving digital media capabilities, Chris manages Pixability’s growing roster of international customers. Before Pixability, Chris was the CRO at adQuota, and held positions at Blyk, SMG, and Google. Chris holds a degree in economics from the University of Portsmouth.

Bettina Hein
Founder

Prior to Pixability, Bettina co-founded SVOX, the Swiss-based speech technology company which was acquired by Nuance Communications (NUAN) for $125 million. In 2014, the World Economic Forum named Bettina a Young Global Leader. In 2012, Bettina received the L’Oreal NEXT Generation Award, an entrepreneurial award that honors the top five women leading groundbreaking digital companies, and The Boston Business Journal’s “40 Under 40 Award.” Bettina holds an MS degree from MIT, a law degree from the University of Constance, and a business degree from the University of St. Gallen.
