A digital technology industry veteran, David dedicated his career to scaling businesses at organizations such as Facebook, where he built out their mobile publisher solutions business; Celtra where he was COO for the leading creative management platform for digital video advertising; KickApps, where he was EVP of Global Sales & Business Development for the social video management software company; and Maven Networks, where he was VP Worldwide Sales & Alliances for the pioneering video content management, syndication and advertising platform (acquired by Yahoo).
Chief Operating Officer
With 30 years of financial experience in the media technology industry, Nancy excels at developing scalable financial models to drive rapid expansion, and has spearheaded several complex acquisitions and successful exits throughout her career. Prior to Pixability, Nancy spent three years as the first CFO of video advertising management and distribution solutions provider, Extreme Reach Inc., and before that served as CFO of digital marketing technology company x+1 Solutions. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
Global Chief Revenue Officer
Matthews oversees global sales and customer success at Pixability. He brings a unique combination of expertise in Television, Media, AdTech, Data, Video, and Mobile, ranging from startup to billion-dollar global businesses, achieving and managing revenue goals up to $220M and OPEX budgets up to $30M. Prior to Pixability he held leadership and advisory roles in the advertising industry including being CRO at 4Info, CRO Grapeshot which was acquired by Oracle, and most recently CRO of GumGum.
Chief Marketing Officer
With over 18 years of marketing leadership experience in AdTech and SaaS companies, Matt oversees all marketing strategy and execution at Pixability. Prior to coming to Pixability, Matt served as CMO of ClimaCell a weather tech start-up. Previously he also served as CMO of ZeroTurnaround, VP/Marketing at LogMeIn and VP/Marketing at Jumptap, a mobile ad tech company that was acquired by Millennial Media. Matt holds a BA from Trinity College (CT) and an MBA from Babson College.
Chief Innovation Officer
With 20 years of experience in digital advertising technology leadership, Scott oversees the product and technology execution at Pixability. Scott brings a rich entrepreneurial, execution oriented approach to the team. Previously Scott was a partner at Hermes Ventures, a self-funded venture company focused on multichannel digital advertising businesses. Over a 3 year period at Hermes, Scott was directly responsible for the creation of product led annual revenues of $20 million. Scott’s prior experiences in digital advertising include co-founding Aquto, a VC backed company that sold to Mavenir in 2018 and JumpTap, a mobile-first ad platform that was acquired by Millennial Media in 2013.
Jackie Swansburg Paulino
Chief Product Officer
In her 10 years with Pixability, Paulino has become known in the industry as the expert on all things YouTube. She has been a primary driver of Pixability’s growth and has served as the key voice of the customer in building the PixabilityONE platform. In her role as Chief Product Officer, she runs all product strategy and manages Pixability’s growing insights team. A graduate of the University of Richmond, Jackie is YouTube and Google AdWords Certified.
Kelly brings 15+ years of digital media and ad tech experience to Pixability, where she leads Product Marketing, overseeing Go-to-Market strategy and messaging. Most recently she was Global Head of Product Marketing at Smartly.io, and prior to that held senior marketing roles at Pebble Post and Fluent as well as roles at Neustar and Nielsen. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University and MBA from Fordham University.
Managing Director, EMEA
Cadi Jones has had digital sales leadership roles at Yahoo! and Beeswax (acquired by Freewheel). Prior to Beeswax, Jones was hired to drive innovation and specifically the adoption of programmatic technology at Clear Channel International. She most recently led commercial development at Qmee, leading to its successful acquisition by Kantar. Cadi holds both a BA and MA from Exeter University in French and Spanish.
SVP, Business Development
Grant brings more than 15 years of experience in digital media and SaaS platform technologies to Pixability, where he helps fuel the growth of our industry-leading self-serve platform as VP of Business Development. Prior to Pixability, Grant was the Business Development Lead for Facebook’s Mobile Publisher Solutions. He also served as the SVP of Business Development at Celtra, managing North American revenue across all sell-side media companies, and as Managing Director of Agency Development for Yahoo!, where he was responsible for building mutually beneficial relationships with strategic agency partners.
Managing Director, APAC
Poppy brings over 15 years of deep technical and commercialization solutions experience in digital advertising including, CTV, social, mobile and gaming. Prior to joining Pixability, Poppy held senior roles at OpenSlate, as the Managing Director of APAC, and DoubleVerify as the Sr. Group Director, Integrated Solutions APAC. Prior to that she held roles as the Head of Programmatic at InMobi Exchange ANZ and Network Ten's CTV platform 10play. Poppy holds a Master of Leadership from Deakin University, Australia.
SVP, Strategic Accounts
With over 15 years of experience in sales leadership at AdTech and publishing companies, Jackie leads our strategic accounts. She has been recognized with Initiative's Blue Elephant Award in 2019. Prior to coming to Pixability, Jackie assisted in the opening of the West Coast cohort at both Rebelmouse and Unruly. Previously she held roles helping brands navigate the rise of influencer & social content marketing. Jackie has a passion for home projects and watching all things streaming.
SVP, Agency Partnerships
Tina currently oversees the building of strategic partnerships with the major Agency Holding Companies for Pixability. Tina is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships in Digital Media and Ad Tech. Prior to Pixability, Tina worked at large leaders in the digital space such as DoubleClick, Yahoo!, and AOL - as well as start-ups Innovid and InMobi. She most recently led National Sales at InMobi, growing the business significantly during her tenure. She has spent many years building partnerships with HoldCos and diving deep into video, mobile, and programmatic.
Tina holds a BA from Georgetown University and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
VP, Platform Partnerships
A seasoned digital media strategist, Theresa manages Pixability’s partnerships with leading social platforms and premium video inventory sources. Theresa is also obsessed with immersive video formats, and enjoys capturing 360° underwater video while freediving. The co-author of “YouTube Channels for Dummies,” Theresa is YouTube Certified and holds a B.A. in Cinematic Arts & Technology from California State University – Monterey Bay.
As VP of People, Devynne oversees all HR operations for Pixability. She brings over 20 years of experience leading HR organizations across the advertising and technology spaces, most recently at PwC where she was a Director of Strategy/Operations, driving efficiencies in the people and operations teams. Prior to that she held senior HR roles within the ad tech industry at Turbonomic, Rocket Fuel, and x+1. Devynne is a graduate of Mercy College in New York.
