Tell us a little bit about your background: 

I’ve been working in the Customer Success wheelhouse in the agency world for the last 6 years and at Pixability for 1.5 years. I’ve worked with large Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller indie brands and agencies to help develop digital strategies across social & video focused platforms. My focus is helping brands understand and interpret data to find actionable insights that help to inform consumer personas and to help brands develop closer relationships with their base leading to increased ROI. 

What is the last thing you watched on YouTube? 

I’ve been watching multiple videos on the difference between Brown, Pink, and White noise and its impact on sleep, focus, and habit forming. 

What is the first thing you think of when you hear “CTV”?

When I think of Connected TV now, I think of how we have been able to personalize all aspects of our entertainment. It serves as a hub for all of my interests driven by my collected and proven behaviors. It’s a new landscape for advertisers to get even closer to understanding their markets. 

What is your favorite thing about working at Pixability? 

My favorite thing about Pixability is the dedication to continued upskilling in all areas. There are no glass ceilings here and the opportunity to grow has driven me to take on more strategic projects, facilitate continued learning through certification courses for my role, and an expanded presence in the company through DE&I leadership. 

What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career? 

Never underestimate yourself! Only you can determine your success and to achieve that requires continued confidence in your ability and your understanding that you belong in the room, no matter what.
