The Challenge

Located in Boston’s South End, Norbella is among the country’s leading full-service independent media agencies. When the agency’s QSR brand client sought to engage its audience, Norbella developed a compelling video campaign that raised awareness of the brand, motivating consumers to visit the brand’s brick-and-mortar locations. The agency recognized it would need the power of specialized technology to tie back location tracking to video ad campaigns, and sought out a technology partner with proven performance and measurement capabilities — and found that partner in Pixability.

The Startegy

The brand and agency had developed engaging creative assets, and previously identified four key personas to motivate consumers to visit a location. Pixability’s technology isolated the most impactful mix of targeting, and automatically optimized campaign segments in-flight based on which creative, personas, and targeting parameters were driving consumers to visit a store.

The Result

By working closely, the brand, agency, and Pixability were able to maximize brand awareness, and motivate viewers to visit the QSR brand’s locations. On YouTube, Pixability’s campaign surpassed view rate benchmarks by 60% — and in addition, Pixability’s campaign drove 63K+ visits to the brand’s brick-and-mortar stores. Norbella and the brand were satisfied with the outstanding outcomes of the campaign, and continue to partner with Pixability on targeted video strategies.
