Nancy Lazaros promoted to COO, Todd Taplin joins as CRO

In addition, the newly-created COO position will support the company’s high growth and ensure continued operational efficiency.
Former CFO Nancy Lazaros has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 20+ years of financial leadership experience in media technology to lead Pixability’s finance operations, HR, and recruiting. For the past two years, Nancy has served as Pixability’s CFO, managing and accelerating Pixability’s high growth as the company has secured a commanding position in the digital video ecosystem. Over the course of her career, most recently serving as CFO of video advertising management and distribution solutions provider Extreme Reach Inc, and CFO of digital marketing technology company x+1 Solutions, Nancy has commanded a mastery over managing financial models to accelerate expansion, and has led a number of organizations through successful acquisitions and exits.

Todd Taplin has joined Pixability as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the online video and digital advertising technology landscape to scale adoption of Pixability’s self-service platform and digital media revenue. His experience includes serving as CRO of Celtra, a creative management platform for digital advertising, Vice President of Adobe’s Advertising Division, and Vice President of Sales at Yahoo.
Grant Stratemeyer has joined Pixability as VP of Business Development to fuel the growth of the company’s industry-leading self-serve platform. Grant brings an arsenal of business development and partner marketing expertise to Pixability as the company expands its self-serve strategy. He joins the company from Facebook, where he served as Business Development Lead for Facebook’s Mobile Publisher Solutions, and previously served as SVP of Business Development at Celtra.
Anthony Mazzarella rounds out Pixability’s critical additions to its leadership team as the company continues its upwards trajectory, joining the company as VP of Strategic Accounts. With experience on both the publisher and agency sides of digital media, Anthony is highly skilled at expanding market share, developing strategic partnerships, and generating revenue. He previously honed his expertise as a Managing Director at OMD, and as VP of Sales at Viant, the cloud-based digital advertising software company.
