Tell us a little bit about your background:
After finishing college in Boston I began my career in hospitality marketing and picked up an interest in design along the way. When I started at Pixability in 2018 I was brought on as an account manager until moving into my current position as Data Artist on the CIA team.
What is the last thing you watched on YouTube?
I use YouTube for a lot of tutorials so the last video I watched was about repairing a rattan chair that I have. I’m trying to get more in the habit of working with my hands so fingers crossed this one turns out well.
What is the best career advice you have ever received?
Every yes is also a no. Be intentional with what you commit your time and attention to.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
You may not know exactly how to get where you want to go but don’t let that stop you from starting. With every decision you make, you learn more about how to make the next one.
