There is a huge trend of big brands and media agencies looking to find ways to support diverse communities. Some have set specific goals for the percentage of their media spend that should go to businesses or creators that are a part of the community they’re looking to support. But how do you do this the right way on YouTube? Should advertisers themselves make judgments about which communities a creator is representing, or should the creators have some say in the matter?
